Tougher penalties for litterbugs

The Ministry of Home Affairs will be coming down even harder on litterbugs, as the Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department is in the midst of drawing up regulations that will further punish offenders for making the surroundings of any commercial buildings and premises unclean and unsightly.
